Job summary

SIX is looking for a Costs & Vendors professional to help manage costs and compliance for our global IT infrastructure in Warsaw. You will work with internal and external partners to optimize spending and procurement processes.

In this role you will support budgeting, forecasting, license tracking, and reporting using Power BI, while learning licensing models and their commercial impact in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT product/contract/license management.
• Basic financial understanding (budgeting/forecasting).
• Strong analytical skills and interest in IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to learn licensing models and their commercial impact.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting, automation and AI.
• Fluent in English; German or Spanish a plus.
• Growth mindset and openness to change.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver services for the global IT of SIX.

What You Will Do

• Support the financial steering of global IT infrastructure products (budget planning, forecasting, cost transparency)
• Act as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate IT procurement requests and clarifications
• Support contract and license management activities (renewal tracking, documentation, basic compliance checks)
• Prepare reports and maintain operational processes (purchase orders, demand verification, renewals, documentation)

What You Bring

• First experience in IT product management, service-, contract- or license management
• Basic financial understanding (budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation) and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and interest in IT infrastructure and how services are delivered
• Willingness to learn licensing models and understand their commercial impact
• Skilled in Power BI reporting, automation and the use of artificial intelligence
• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing), German and/or Spanish are a plus
• Growth mindset, open to change, and motivated to take on more responsibility step-by-step
