Vention is seeking a Business Analyst in Lodz to join a hybrid, full-time role. You will engage across the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams.

The position requires 2+ years in IT BA, strong documentation skills, and English at B2 or higher. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, managing changes, and creating prototypes to support planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with client-facing communication experience.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation, including requirements and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales activities.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
• Analyze and document project requirements while managing changes throughout the software development process.
• Create detailed prototypes and mockups to support functional understanding and project planning.
