Job summary

Circle K Business Centre in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an experienced Manager IT Audit to lead IT audit engagements within Global Internal Audit. The role reports to the Senior IT Audit Manager and focuses on planning, executing, and reporting complex IT audits across the organization.

The candidate will drive risk assessment, develop audit plans, and coordinate with external auditors while building a high-performing IT audit team and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Certification in information systems auditing (CISA, CISM, CISSP) or accounting designation (CPA) is required and CIA is an asset.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT auditing and 2 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO27001 and EU regulatory environment.
• Experience with Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and complete IT General Control and Application Control audits.
• Develop IT audit plan and manage engagements from planning to reporting.
• Communicate findings with practical, actionable recommendations to management.
• Follow up on action plans to ensure implementation.
• Coordinate with external auditors on ITGCs and controls testing.
• Lead and develop IT audit team and recruit high performance staff.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in IT risk management.
