CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist to join our IT Asset Management team in Warsaw. You will manage inventory, settle IT invoices, and support processes while coordinating with external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 2+ years in IT assets/logistics, fluent Polish, and conversational English, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in IT Asset Management, ITAM, IT Support or logistics.
• Conversational level of English.
• Very good knowledge of Polish.
• Accuracy in carrying out tasks.
• Well-developed organisation and coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Knowledge of current hardware technology.
• Experience with Jira Assets, GLPI, or other hardware managing solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

As a new member, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge technology to users, maintaining IT hardware and software, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the studio. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help us maintain high service quality and implement new solutions to enhance our work environment. Daily responsibilities:
