CD PROJEKT RED poszukuje Senior Full-Stack Engineer do zespołu Asset Pipeline Web Services. Będziesz projektować i rozwijać backendy i API w Pythonie oraz Node.js/TypeScript, a także interfejsy w React i TypeScript oraz wdrażać rozwiązania w chmurze.

Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie projektowanie modeli danych, architektury usług i integracji, a także zapewnienie stabilności, bezpieczeństwa i wydajności systemów.

Qualifications

• 5+ lat doświadczenia w inżynierii oprogramowania na poziomie seniora.
• Głębokie doświadczenie w Pythonie i backendzie.
• Doświadczenie z FastAPI lub SQLAlchemy lub pokrewnymi.
• Projektowanie API, modeli danych, integracji i architektury usług.
• Doświadczenie w Node.js i TypeScript po stronie backendu, także w React/TypeScript po stronie frontend.
• Dobra znajomość PostgreSQL, chmury publicznej oraz CI/CD.
• Znajomość bezpieczeństwa API i ogólnych praktyk inżynierii.
• Silne umiejętności organizacyjne i zdolność pracy w międzynarodowym zespole.

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for aSenior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Asset Pipeline Web Services team. We develop web applications and backend services that support game production workflows across the studio, helping teams plan their work, manage assets, review content, and collaborate more effectively.

In this role, you will use your strong Python and backend engineering expertise to design and build reliable services, APIs, and system integrations. You will also contribute to backend services written in Node.js and TypeScript, frontend applications built with React and TypeScript, and the deployment and operation of our solutions in a cloud environment. You will work across the complete application stack, taking features from technical design through production delivery.

We are looking for a hands‑on senior engineer who combines technical depth with an ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills. The position is also intended for someone interested in gradually developing toward a coordinator role. Alongside your engineering responsibilities, you will progressively support the organization of the team’s day‑to‑day work, facilitate communication, and help keep priorities and dependencies visible.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python as well as Node.js and TypeScript.
• Delivering features end to end, from data models and service architecture through React-based user interfaces.
• Making pragmatic architectural decisions and improving the reliability, security, maintainability, and performance of our systems.
• Designing integrations between internal applications, production systems, and external services.
• Participating in the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in a cloud environment.
• Collaborating with product, UX, infrastructure, and game development teams to understand their workflows and turn their needs into effective technical solutions.
• Taking ownership of larger areas of work and breaking them down into clear deliverables.
• Gradually taking on selected coordination responsibilities, including helping organize the team’s day‑to‑day work, facilitating communication, and keeping priorities and dependencies visible.
• Contributing to code reviews, technical documentation, and the continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 5 + years professional of experience.
• Professional experience in software engineering at senior level, with deep expertise in Python and backend development.
• Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, or comparable frameworks and libraries.
• Experience designing maintainable APIs, data models, integrations, and service architectures.
• Hands‑on experience developing backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience developing frontend applications with React and TypeScript. Deep UI specialization is not required, but you should be comfortable delivering and maintaining complete user‑facing features.
• Good working knowledge of relational databases and experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying, operating, or troubleshooting applications in a public cloud environment.
• Understanding of containerization, CI/CD, application monitoring, and production support.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure API design and general web application security.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including automated testing, code review, debugging, and maintainable design.
• A strong ownership mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in an international, cross‑functional environment.
• Interest in gradually developing toward a Coordinator position, supported by strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience building distributed or event‑driven systems using technologies such as Redis or Kafka.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, container orchestration, or cloud‑native observability.
• Experience developing internal tools for technical or creative users.
• Experience in game development, media production, digital‑content pipelines, or another domain with complex production workflows.

• Relocation to Warsaw is required.
