Jit Team is seeking an IT Analyst to join a project focused on developing and enhancing reporting solutions within the financial and capital markets environment. You will translate business needs into IT requirements and support the delivery with the Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers and testers.
You'll analyse data flows and integrations, work with trading and tax/transaction reporting requirements, and act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure alignment
Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)
You will join a project focused on developing and enhancing reporting solutions within the financial and capital markets environment. As an IT Analyst, you will work closely with the Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers, testers and multiple business stakeholders. Your role will be to translate business needs into clear IT requirements and support the delivery of sustainable and reliable reporting solutions.
A significant part of the role involves understanding data flows and integrations, analysing data using SQL, and working with requirements related to trading and/or tax and transaction reporting to authorities.
You will act as an important bridge between business and technology, ensuring that both sides understand the requirements, dependencies and impact of proposed solutions.
