Job summary

emagine is seeking an Expert IT Analyst for a Nordic core banking program to replace legacy systems with a unified platform. The role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements and ensuring clear communication with developers and stakeholders.

You will manage requirements from collection through handover while coordinating with multiple teams in a hybrid setup across Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience with T24 / Transact in a banking program.
• Fluent English communication across stakeholders.
• Experience in the banking sector and knowledge of banking products.
• 10+ years as a senior Business or IT analyst.
• Experience in large programs (≈300+ employees).

Rate: up to 140 PLN/h (B2B contract)
