Job summary

emagine is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead the transition from legacy systems to a unified core banking platform. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective software solutions while coordinating with multiple teams across offices in Poland.

You will collect and document requirements, drive the process from collection to handover, and adapt quickly to a complex program with hundreds of staff. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Professional knowledge of statements and reporting.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
• Experience working in a larger program with 300+ employees.
• Fluency in English.
