Job summary

Seargin Ltd. is seeking an IT Administrator to maintain and advance our critical infrastructure in Poland. You will handle networks, servers, identity management, and security to ensure high availability and performance across business systems.

The role includes scripting automation, incident response, and documentation of architecture and processes, with collaboration across teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT infrastructure administration or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operations.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and identity management.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop IT infrastructure for stability and performance.
• Manage LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, optimize network performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including virtualization.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, AD, and GPOs.
• Monitor infrastructure, analyze logs, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents.
• Implement security controls, MFA, EDR, firewalls, and vulnerability remediation.
• Handle backups, DR planning, and business continuity activities.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Ansible, and improve processes.
• Document architecture, migrations, and operational procedures.

• Administer, maintain, and continuously develop IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical systems and services.

  • Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments, including network services, routing, connectivity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
  
  
  
  


• Administer physical and virtual server environments running Windows Server and Linux, including virtualization platforms and infrastructure services.

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, Group Policies, and access management processes.
  
  
  
  


• Monitoring & Incident Resolution
  
  
  
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and security, analyze system logs, diagnose technical issues, and resolve incidents affecting users and services.

Requirements

• Systems Administration Experience
  
  
  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
  
  
  
  


• Networking Expertise
  
  
  
  • Very good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN technologies, networking concepts, and enterprise network administration.
  
  
  
  


• Network Protocols & Services
  
  
  
  • Practical experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, routing, and other core networking technologies and services.
  
  
  
  


• Hands‑on experience administering Windows Server environments and practical knowledge of Linux systems for daily operations and troubleshooting.


• Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
  
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, user administration, and Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
