Job summary

BPXGlobal is seeking an experienced PLM Integration Analyst to drive end-to-end integration across PLM, R&D, and enterprise systems in a global FMCG transformation program.

You will coordinate design, testing, and deployment, collaborating with SAP, MDM/MDG, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM/R&D systems, enterprise integration and/or SAP-related transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of complex system integration within global enterprise environments.
• Experience with PLM and product/R&D processes, including specifications, formulation, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork or labeling.
• Experience with SAP and/or MDM/MDG ecosystems.
• Experience with integration design, testing and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end technical integration design across PLM, R&D and enterprise systems.
• Design integration across areas such as product formulation, ingredient and packaging specifications, MBOM, artwork and labeling.
• Collaborate with PLM, SAP, MDM/MDG, Enterprise Architecture and business teams to define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead key functional integration decisions and validate proposed solution designs.
• Coordinate the integration approach across multiple systems, including Unit Testing and SIT.
• Manage dependencies between PLM and other transformation initiatives and enterprise platforms.
• Work closely with System Integrators and vendors, reviewing deliverables and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Partner with global R&D, product and technology stakeholders.
• Support regional deployment teams with the implementation of the integration approach.
• Ensure integration solutions support standardized and scalable global processes.

The role focuses on the end-to-end integration of PLM and R&D systems with the wider enterprise application landscape, ensuring that integration design, dependencies, testing and future deployments are properly addressed.

Requirements

• Experience with PLM and product/R&D processes, ideally including product specifications, formulation, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork or labeling.
• Experience working with SAP and/or MDM/MDG ecosystems would be highly valuable.
• Experience with integration design, testing and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with System Integrators and cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business experts, architects, technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or another product-centric industry.
• Previous involvement in large-scale PLM or R&D transformation programs.
