Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring its first dedicated FP&A owner to own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, budgeting cycle and monthly reporting for the CFO, CEO and board. You’ll build the core model, run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, and set up the monthly cadence of results with a focus on driver-based planning and capital allocation.

This remote-first role can be based anywhere in Europe, with flexibility to work from Warsaw or London.

Qualifications

• Built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch.
• Led an annual budget and full reforecast cycle at a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrates strong commercial judgment with unit economics and gross profit in focus.
• Hands-on with planning tools (Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive) and SQL; comfortable with a data warehouse.
• Bonus: experience with usage-based revenue, IPO readiness, or building a FP&A team.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, linking commercial, product and compute finance inputs.
• Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting.
• Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews; prepare the board pack.
• Apply capital allocation discipline to major decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend.
