T-Mobile Polska invites experienced architects to join the IoT Platform team. You will shape the architecture of connectivity platforms used by business customers across the Deutsche Telekom Group.

The role involves translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, driving APIs, cloud-native designs, and integration strategies. You will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams and international stakeholders from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with the

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in solution architecture, system design or technical analysis within telecommunications, IoT or another complex platform environment.
• Experience with IoT/M2M connectivity platforms or comparable telecom service platforms.
• Understanding of cloud-native or container-based architectures.
• Experience designing integrations and APIs, preferably REST-based.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design target architectures for IoT connectivity capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into architecture, integration patterns and non-functional requirements.
• Guide delivery teams during implementation and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Facilitate architecture reviews with product, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize and automate platform capabilities.
• Coordinate architecture-related workstreams in international projects.
• Maintain architecture documentation and support solutions throughout their lifecycle.
