Qualifications

• Proven experience in IoT systems managing data from devices.
• Solid experience with AWS services, especially IoT Core and Lambda.
• Strong knowledge of time-series data architecture.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for microservices.
• Experience with API integration and data serialization.
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Comfortable in agile product teams working across time zones.
• High degree of proactiveness with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IoT data ingestion platform.
• Design and deploy enhancements to the ingestion pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard new device types.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve incidents.
• Manage time-series data schemas and storage strategies.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency.
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD.
• Support edge computing experimentation.
