Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a strategic finance professional to shape and evolve invoicing processes and invoice account management, ensuring tax compliance and operational reliability for partners.

You will drive back-end systems that enable accurate billing across markets and support CX with enhanced tools. You will work with Tax, Accounting, and a dedicated development team to deliver scalable invoicing solutions, improve transparency, and enable efficient resolution of partner issues while

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing processes and tax compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to experiment and test new solutions.
• Polish and English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Own Allegro invoicing accounts and process decisions.
• Optimize end-to-end invoicing with tax regulation compliance.
• Configure VAT rates across products and countries.
• Lead projects to improve electronic invoice transparency.
• Develop administrative tools to search/view/modify invoices.
• Drive product lifecycle with rapid, cost-effective experiments.
• Collaborate with development, Tax and Accounting teams.
• Communicate changes across the organization.
