Allegro is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the Marketplace - Partner Activation Tech Team. You will shape strategic directions for our platform by integrating partner offerings with technology that handles millions of transactions daily.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from vision and MVP validation to rollout—while coordinating with external providers, ML/DS teams, and cross-functional partners to scale new services and ensure strong user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products.
• Strong track record of operating in dynamic environments with agile technological integration.
• Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions, experience with ML/DS products and big data projects.
• Outstanding ability to align external partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a single roadmap.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python).

We are currently seeking for Mid-Level Product Manager role to join our Marketplace - Partner Activation Tech Team. Our mission goes beyond standard feature development – we build new, groundbreaking product and business lines aimed at expanding the Allegro ecosystem with innovation.

As a Product Manager in this team, you won't just manage a product; you will actively shape new strategic directions for our platform, integrating the offerings of key partners with technology that handles millions of transactions daily. If you thrive in a \"zero-to-one\" product environment and want to have a real impact on how clients use Allegro in entirely new, everyday contexts, this is the place for you.

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• Building new product-business lines: Own the full product lifecycle – from initial vision and MVP validation to full‑scale rollout of new services within Allegro.
• Integration and partnerships: Coordinate collaboration with external service providers, ensuring their solutions seamlessly connect with Allegro’s core infrastructure (including payments, search, UX, and loyalty programs).
• Building data heavy products: Work with ML/DS team, building data products for millions of Allegro Customers.
• Managing complexity: Work at the intersection of business vision and technical requirements, ensuring new products are scalable, secure, and highly intuitive for the end‑user.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with engineers, UX Designers, and existing Allegro business units to maintain user experience consistency across the entire ecosystem.

We are looking for people with:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products.
• A strong track record of operating successfully in dynamic environments where business ambitions require agile technological integration.
• Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions, experience with ML/DS products and big data projects.
• Outstanding ability to align external partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a single, cohesive product roadmap.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages (SQL/Python).
• English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
