A global energy leader is looking for an Investment Manager for the Baltic Sea Region to oversee and optimize investments, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the success of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate brings proven investment management experience in the renewable sector, strong financial modelling skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

The Investment Manager (Baltic Sea Region) will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s portfolio within the Baltic Sea Region. This individual will lead critical commercial activities, drive investment decision‑making, and contribute to the long‑term growth and success of our projects in the region. The role involves leadership in managing Northland’s investments in the region, supporting the origination and commercial structuring of new opportunities, and the coordination of internal & external stakeholders; all aimed at maximizing the value of the company’s investments.
