The role focuses on bill-only and audit processes, data reporting, and process improvements, with a hybrid work model from Szczecin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a transactional role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP System.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Quality- and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking.
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash process.
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing bill-only processes
• Managing audit-process
• Supporting sales representatives with questions related to orders, products, and finances
• Cooperating with external stakeholders
• Providing back-up and support in the order handling process
• Performing data analysis and creating reports (e.g., KPIs, scalability, BI reports)
• Preparing process and project documentation
• Contributing to process standardization
• Driving and supporting process improvements
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of new process migrations
• Preparing and conducting workshops and trainings for team members
• Participating in department-level and global projects in cooperation with Project Managers
