Coloplast in Szczecin seeks a Design & Brand Tools Team Leader to guide a small team and own digital initiatives across our global Branding & Design scope. You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders and external partners to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will lead, develop and align the Szczecin team with global standards, ensuring timely delivery and user-friendly outcomes in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and building a healthy, high-performing team.
• Experience in digital and/or IT projects in a business context.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience working with IT teams, system owners, developers or external partners.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Very good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team in Szczecin by setting clear direction, priorities and ways of working
• Support performance, development and wellbeing, building a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Ensure strong coordination between the Szczecin team and the global Branding & Design organisation, aligning on expectations
• Drive digital and IT-related projects end-to-end: from business need to testing and implementation
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and facilitate cooperation with IT teams and external partners
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure delivery
• Drive continuous improvement of existing digital solutions for usability and scalability
• Manage external suppliers and monitor delivery, quality and performance
