Job summary

Danone invites you to join the EU Capability Building Team as an Intern, helping design, coordinate, and execute development programs at a European scale. You will support logistics, create learning paths, and manage LMS activities while gaining hands-on exposure to program management.

The internship is paid for 12 months, with a hybrid work pattern (2 days in the office in Katowice and three days remote) and opportunities for growth, mentorship, and development workshops.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational, communication & analytical skills.
• Interest in learning technologies and program management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and organizational aspects of program rollouts.
• Prepare learning paths and sessions in our internal learning platform.
• Promote sessions, manage participant lists, and handle session reporting.
• Work extensively with Learning Management Systems and knowledge management tools.
• Administer and update process documentation.
• Convert training materials into engaging formats, including e-learning modules.

About The Job
