DANONE is launching a Future Specialist Program in Katowice, offering a 12-month development journey. You’ll manage end‑to‑end supply chain topics, work with Alpro, Activia and other brands, and partner with European teams to improve efficiency.

You will gain hands‑on experience in an international environment, learn from mentors, and contribute to meaningful change while developing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Availability to work full-time in a hybrid model – 2 days in the office (Chorzowska 6, Katowice), 3 days remote.
• Strong learning agility and growth mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to take ownership.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Ensure shipments, warehouses and delivery schedules are aligned.
• Maintain stock availability while keeping healthy inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to keep relationships and supply chain performance on track.
• Dive into data to identify trends, solve problems and support business decisions.
• Challenge existing ways of working and take part in improvement projects.

Shortly about the job

• You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure our Alpro, Activia, Danio, Bebilon, Bobovita and YoPRO goodies reach their destinations on time.

• You'll juggle shipments, warehouses, and delivery schedules.

• You'll ensure full stock availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, keeping both relationships and supply chain performance on track.

• You'll dive into data and analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and support business decisions.
