Danone invites you to join the Future Specialist Program in Katowice, a 12-month development journey designed to gain real business experience, work with international teams and build skills that accelerate your career in the supply chain.

You will learn from experienced professionals, take ownership of meaningful projects and collaborate across Europe, while rotating through logistics, planning and data analytics in a hybrid work setup (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

Shortly about the job

• You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure our Alpro, Activia, Danio, Bebilon, Bobovita and YoPRO goodies reach their destinations on time.
• You’ll juggle shipments, warehouses, and delivery schedules.
• You’ll ensure full stock availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, keeping both relationships and supply chain performance on track.
• You’ll dive into data and analytics to identify trends, solve problems, and support business decisions.
• You’ll have the opportunity to challenge existing ways of working, suggest improvements, and take part in projects that drive meaningful change.
• You’ll gain hands‑on experience in an international environment, building communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll need

• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Availability to work full-time in a hybrid work model - 2 days in the office (Chorzowska 6, Katowice), 3 days working remotely
• Strong learning agility and growth mindset
• Curiosity and willingness to take ownership
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Positive, proactive and can‑do attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across different teams when needed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
