Job summary

Danone Sp. z o.o. offers an EU-scale internship in Katowice within the DAN One program. The role supports the design, coordination, and execution of development programs for the region, with a strong focus on learning technologies and program management.

You will gain hands-on experience through logistics, LMS usage, content creation, and session reporting, all while benefiting from a structured onboarding and development track.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication & analytical skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and organizational aspects of program rollouts.
• Prepare learning paths and sessions in our internal learning platform.
• Promote sessions, manage participant lists, and handle session reporting.
• Work extensively with Learning Management Systems and knowledge management tools.
• Administer and update process documentation.
• Convert training materials into engaging formats, including e-learning modules.
