  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and interest in working with data.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Eager to learn, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

We're looking for a Control Performance Intern who will:



  • Support the execution of operational and regulatory controls by gathering, validating and analysing data, as well as assisting with the preparation of control outcomes and reporting.

  • Assist in the production of risk reports, management information and presentations, helping the team identify trends, exceptions and areas requiring further review.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation, supporting data analysis and helping identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.



The team

You'll be working in the Business Risk Organisation (BRO) Control Performance Team in Wroclaw. We are responsible for executing key elements of the GWM UK control framework, supporting regulatory compliance and promoting effective risk management across the business. The team works closely with Front Office, Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders to identify, monitor and manage operational risks while driving continuous improvement across our processes.
