Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw is offering a part-time Control Performance Intern role within the Business Risk Organisation. You will support operational and regulatory controls, help with risk reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across wealth management processes.

The role provides exposure to risk management, data analysis, and close collaboration with experienced team members to develop your analytical and business skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for, or recently completed, a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and interest in working with data.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Eager to learn, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of operational and regulatory controls by gathering, validating and analysing data, as well as assisting with the preparation of control outcomes and reporting.
• Assist in the production of risk reports, management information and presentations, helping the team identify trends, exceptions and areas requiring further review.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by maintaining documentation, supporting data analysis and helping identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.
