Job summary

Qualifications

• Help build new analyses and solutions using R, Python, PowerBI, SQL, R Shiny, AKS, Azure OpenAI, etc. (affinity to programming, data, and a desire to learn is critical)
• Collaborate effectively with a team of data scientists, users, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Go on "bug-hunts" and help improve the team's infrastructure to deliver projects and analyses in a structured, efficient manner

You’ll be working with fellow data scientists in the UBS Asset Management's Sales Insights & Technology team in Wroclaw. You’ll play an important role in helping people from top management to sales leaders and salespeople make data-driven business decisions in an efficient, user-friendly way.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-focused coding in R / Python
• Data extraction in SQL (further knowledge beneficial, but not critical)
• Experience with a dashboarding solution, preferably PowerBI (Tableau experience acceptable if willing to learn PBI)
• Optional but beneficial: experience with R Shiny or other web frameworks, Azure, AKS, OpenAI models
• Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
• Collaborative and business skills (communication with non-technical users and stakeholders, project management, presentations of solutions to management)
