Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is offering a 6-month paid internship in its GBS Compliance Services Team in Wrocław. You will support daily tasks, learn tools and systems, and handle various administrative duties.

The internship starts in October 2026 and requires on-site presence in the office at least 3 days per week. Ideal candidates are students or graduates in compliance with strong English (B2) and a willingness to learn on the job.

Job description

Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Compliance Services Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department.

You will be able to support our Compliance Services Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.

The start date of our 6 month long paid internship program planned for October 2026. The working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Transparency and Disclosure process assistance.
• Perform transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs).
• Processing and validating compliance data.
• Supporting GCRMP documentation creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various Boehringer stakeholders from Legal and Compliance functions, business units, and different countries.
• General administration of the documents.
