Job summary

Indicia Ltd is seeking two External Audit Coordinators for a 6-month temporary project in Poland. You will bridge local finance teams, corporate finance in London, and external auditors to ensure timely statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in external audit (Big 4 preferred) and strong IFRS/UK GAAP experience, with advanced Excel and ERP familiarity, and excellent English communication. Warsaw-based role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of External Audit experience, Big 4 preferred or equivalent in multinational settings.
• Solid grounding in audit processes, accounting fundamentals, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with IFRS and UK GAAP in a multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets and reconciliations.
• Experience coordinating statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit facilitation & delivery: coordinate with external auditors to keep audits on plan.
• PBC management: gather, review, reconcile, and quality-check audit support.
• Financial reporting & compliance: assist in aligning financial statements with local statutory requirements and Group standards.
• Issue resolution: identify and resolve audit queries and bottlenecks, escalate when needed.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate across time zones and teams, liaising with local finance and London corporate finance.
• Project tracking: maintain progress reports, risks, timelines, and next steps.
