We Commit.**Your responsibilities:*** Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.* Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.* Assist with processing and maintaining payroll‐related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.* Support data collection and validation related to sick leave (absence data) required for payroll processing.* Assist in processing basic Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.* Collaborate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth execution of day‐to‐day activities.* Maintain documentation and support data tracking to ensure compliance with payroll procedures and standards.**Our requirements:*** Ability to read, write and communicate in English (min.
