MasterBorn is seeking a growth-oriented, student status Product Owner intern to learn from mentors on real, cross-functional projects. You will help manage backlogs, define tasks, and keep delivery on track while joining client calls and internal stand-ups.
You will collaborate with designers and developers, write clear, structured documentation, and gain exposure to planning, estimation, prioritization, and iteration in live teams.

You’re curious about how digital products are built - from first idea to launch
Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step‑by‑step breakdowns) to support client conversations
You’re proactive, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions
You want to learn how to work with developers, designers, and clients
You have basic knowledge of tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira
You’re fluent in Polish and English (min. C1 for both - it’s a must)
Were involved in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
Have an interest in AI, no‑code, or automation tools
Have heard of (or practiced) Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup
Already played the role of Product Owner or Project Lead in any context
You’ll work with experienced mentors on real, cross‑functional projects
You’ll support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
You’ll join client calls and internal stand‑ups - and might even facilitate your own, with support
You’ll learn how to collaborate with designers and developers and how to write clear, structured documentation
You’ll see how we plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate in real teams
You’ll get feedback from your mentor, your project teams, and the whole Delivery team
You might also support marketing or internal initiatives (if you’re up for it!)
