Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking a growth-oriented Product Management professional based in Poland to join our diverse team. You will collaborate with Polish and international clients in Fintech, Sportstech, Medtech, and more, shaping product roadmaps and leading cross-functional squads.

You’ll work in a flexible Polish time zone, with a full-time contract of 3 months with extension potential, and a clear mentoring path. English and Polish fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management.
• Knowledge about SDLC.
• Experience working with tech team (developers, designers).
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions.
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects.
• Comfortable turning ideas into visuals to support client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Attending project meetings with the Product Owners and all stakeholders (Polish Team, MasterBorn Board Members).
• Gathering requirements from clients, managing their needs, and maintaining transparency of the process (i.e. maintaining the product roadmap).
• Leading tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
• Learning best practices & growing.
• Gathering valuable knowledge from certified courses and books recommended by our Team.
• Learning how to describe business processes and how to extract business requirements from a client and ask the right questions.
• You won't be alone. You will receive full and continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners.

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

• Know how to conduct workshops and run meetings with business external clients (bonus point for American based clients)
• Tech-savvy and growth-oriented
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management
• Knowledge about SDLC
• Experience working with tech team (developers,designers)
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
• Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations

• Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required
