Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is offering a paid internship in Krakow within our Global Business Services center. This part-time role (around 30 hours per week) invites you to learn procurement, master data management, and supply chain analytics while supporting end-to-end processes.

Youll work with ERP and other SCM platforms, gain real business exposure, and benefit from mentoring, regular feedback, and a friendly, international team.

• Speak English at least B2 level.

• Think analytically and enjoy solving problems.
• Eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Turn supply chain knowledge into hands-on, real-world experience.
• Keep material planning processes smooth and efficient.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to stay on top of materials and resolve issues.
• Get comfortable using ERP system and other supply chain platforms in daily operations.
• Make sure supply chain data stays clean, accurate, and reliable.
