Job summary

Aptiv is offering a hands-on MCAD internship in Kraków. You will build 3D models of automotive components using Siemens NX and produce precise 2D drawings with GD&T guidelines. Collaboration with engineers ensures designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Availability at least 20 hours a week.
• CAD skills using Siemens NX (modeling and drafting).
• Basic knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication in English.

Join our MCAD Team and gain hands-on experience in 3D modelling and preparing 2D technical documentation for the newest automotive cameras and radar systems. Explore NX CAD world and learn from the experienced MCAD Engineers!

Your Role:

• Creating detailed 3D models of automotive components using Siemens NX according to best know-how practices.
• Generating comprehensive 2D technical drawings in compliance with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.

Your Background:

• Availability at least 20 hours a week.
• CAD Skills (Siemens NX - modeling, drafting) or other similar
• Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing rules basic knowledge.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
