Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python or database management is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in developing data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for diverse clients.
• Conduct detailed data analyses and benchmarking.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to client challenges.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables.
• Collaborate within local and international project teams with diverse colleagues.
• Support the CEE team in business development activities.

How you will create an impact:

• Support project teams in developing data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for a diverse range of clients—from B2B industrial firms to retail and technology sectors
• Conduct detailed data analyses and perform internal and external benchmarking
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing your perspective and ideas to solve complex client challenges
• Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables
• Collaborate within local and international project teams, working with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Support the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team in business development activities

Your profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English; additional CEE languages are a plus
• Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python or database management is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
