Simon-Kucher & Partners in Warsaw seeks an Associate Consultant to support data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for a diverse client base across Central and Eastern Europe. You will work with experienced consultants to develop insights and deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration within international teams, rigorous data analyses, and opportunities for professional growth through intensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python or database management is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in developing data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for diverse clients.
• Conduct detailed data analyses and benchmarking.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to client challenges.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables.
• Collaborate within local and international project teams with diverse colleagues.
• Support the CEE team in business development activities.
