Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an Associate Consultant in Warsaw to contribute to data-driven pricing and commercial strategies for a range of industries. You will work with experienced consultants on diverse projects across Central and Eastern Europe, gaining hands-on client exposure while developing technical and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, finance, data science or related field.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Python or database management is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in commercial strategy, pricing and industry trends.
• Team-oriented with proactive attitude and ability to work with clients.
• Internships in consulting or industry are a plus.

How You Will Create An Impact

• Support project teams in developing data-driven commercial strategies, pricing models, and market analyses for a diverse range of clients—from B2B industrial firms to retail and technology sectors
• Conduct detailed data analyses and perform internal and external benchmarking
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing your perspective and ideas to solve complex client challenges
• Assist in preparing client presentations and deliverables
• Collaborate within local and international project teams, working with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Support the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team in business development activities

Your Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English; additional CEE languages are a plus
• Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python or database management is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Genuine interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and industry trends
• Ability to work effectively in teams and thrive in client-facing environments
• Independent thinker with initiative and a proactive attitude
• Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow professionally
• Optional: Practical experience from internships at consulting firms or within industry
