The Senior Manager, Integrations leads a team of approximately 20 professionals responsible for connecting core Contract Logistics systems with internal and external applications, automation equipment, and surrounding technology platforms.
This is a senior people and technology leadership role combining integration strategy, operational performance, governance, cost control, and team development. The successful candidate will help shape the integration roadmap while ensuring stable, secure and scalable solutions that support global Contract Logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Contract Logistics IT Integration team, creating a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
- Define and execute the integration strategy and roadmap in line with business priorities and wider enterprise IT direction.
- Oversee integrations between core logistics systems, internal and external platforms, and warehouse automation equipment.
- Align with Enterprise Integration and Enterprise Architecture governance, ensuring adherence to platform and integration standards.
- Provide clear status, risk and performance reporting to senior stakeholders and ensure timely escalation of key issues.
- Support budget management, resource planning and cost optimisation across the integration function.
- Identify opportunities to simplify legacy solutions, reduce operational cost and improve long-term scalability.
- Ensure integration platforms meet required standards for stability, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, SLAs and operational performance metrics.
- Build strong working relationships across IT, Operations, Architecture, Automation and other relevant business functions.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in an IT leadership or people-management position.
- Proven experience managing and developing technical teams in a complex international environment.
- Solid understanding of system integration practices, ideally involving warehouse systems and automation equipment.
- Good understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with budget, cost and resource management.
- Familiarity with established solution delivery and IT governance methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to work effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
