Job summary

First Connect is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Insurtech Platform to lead a new team and own surfaces used by every other team—agency and producer structures, compliance, sign-in, my account, and admin portal access.

Your headline initiative is rebuilding the platform to serve bigger agencies and to grow with every agency, coordinating the broader cross-team roadmap with design, engineering, and our US-based business team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset; spend time with users and translate pain points into simple products
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning unowned spaces into roadmaps
• Strong communication and relationship-building across engineering, design, and business
• Ability to use data to set priorities and measure impact
• Experience leading large migrations or re-architectures with cross-team dependencies

Responsibilities

• Give the domain its first true owner and own the product strategy for the domain
• Turn requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks into a clear roadmap
• Consolidate surfaces under interim owners into a coherent charter and prioritized plan
• Establish the team’s operating rhythm with engineering leadership
• Rebuild the platform for bigger agencies and manage agency-to-producer migration
• Design roles and permissions for agencies, producers, and the admin portal
• Build scalable structures so agencies start small and grow on the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data
• Coordinate the cross-team roadmap to serve largest agencies with clear trade-offs
