Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw, Poland, offers an Insurance Intern (f/m/x) position with a 15-month paid internship. This role provides hands-on experience in an international environment within the insurance department.

You will support process improvements, assist with liability insurance for the used car division, monitor KPIs, and contribute to new insurance projects while adhering to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current student with at least one year left in studies.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week.
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented personality.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Polish and good knowledge of English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Assist in problem-solving and improving insurance sales processes.
• Participate in managing third-party liability insurances for the used car sales division.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators in this area.
• Provide support in the execution of projects related to developing the insurance offering.
• Bring new ideas and suggestions to enhance processes.
• Ensure full compliance with BMW Financial Services guidelines and standards.

• Assisting in problem-solving and improving insurance sales processes;
• Participating in the processes of managing third-party liability insurances for the used car sales division;
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators in this area;
• Providing support in the execution of projects related to the development of the insurance offering;
• Bringing new ideas and suggestions to enhance processes;
• Assures full compliance with Guidelines and Standards of BMW Financial Services.

What should you bring along?

• Student status min. in one year perspective;
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to your studies);
• Good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
• Detail-oriented personality;
• Good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
• Fluency in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2);
• First experience in Insurance or related field – nice to have.
