Job summary

BMW Group Poland is seeking an Insurance Intern to develop skills in our insurance department in Warsaw. You will support problem-solving, assist in improving insurance sales processes, and help monitor KPIs across the used-car liability insurance area.

The role is 30-40 hours per week, with a 15-month paid internship. You will work in an international team, gain hands-on experience, and contribute ideas to enhance processes while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Student status with at least one year remaining in studies.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week.
• Analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented personality and MS Excel proficiency.
• Polish fluent and English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Assist in problem-solving and improving insurance sales processes.
• Participate in managing third-party liability insurances for the used car sales division.
• Monitor and report on KPIs in this area.
• Support projects related to developing the insurance offering.
• Contribute ideas to enhance processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.

We are looking for a student, who would like to develop their skills and gain experience in the insurance department.

What awaits you?

• Assisting in problem-solving and improving insurance sales processes;
• Participating in the processes of managing third-party liability insurances for the used car sales division;
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators in this area;
• Providing support in the execution of projects related to the development of the insurance offering;
• Bringing new ideas and suggestions to enhance processes;
• Assures full compliance with Guidelines and Standards of BMW Financial Services.

What should you bring along?

• Student status min. in one year perspective;
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to your studies);
• Good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
• Detail-oriented personality;
• Good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
• Fluency in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2);
• First experience in Insurance or related field – nice to have.
