Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw is seeking an Insurance Intern to develop skills in the insurance department while supporting problem-solving, process improvements, and KPI reporting.

The role welcomes students with Polish fluency and English at least B2, who can commit 30–40 hours weekly and have basic MS Office skills, especially Excel. Prior insurance exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Student status min. in one year perspective.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to your studies).
• Good analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented personality.
• Good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular).
• Fluency in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2).
• First experience in Insurance or related field - nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in problem-solving and improving insurance sales processes.
• Participating in the processes of managing third-party liability insurances for the used car sales division.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators in this area.
