Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków is offering a paid internship in Inside Sales to gain hands-on experience with quotation processes, customer communication, and collaboration with engineering teams in the automotive sector.

You will support assigned customer accounts, process requests, prepare quotations, and help update pricing in SAP/QAD while developing Excel skills and professional communication in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Student status and availability of 20+ hours per week
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Support assigned customer accounts
• Be the first point of contact for customer purchasing teams
• Receive and process quotation requests
• Prepare quotations, reports and related documentation
• Update pricing in SAP and QAD
• Configure new products based on customer requirements
• Support customers with technical documents
• Collaborate with engineering and other internal teams on quotation activities
• Maintain price lists dedicated to specific OEMs
