Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or innovation roles.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of innovative platform solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and cloud‑native tech.
• Define integration strategies with architects and digital leaders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Run feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
• Prepare documentation for architectures and prototypes.
• Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
