Hitachi Energy in Poland seeks a software/innovation professional to shape and prototype next‑gen digital platforms. You will work with architects, digital leads, and product teams to turn ideas into working prototypes, accelerating product development and driving digital transformation.

The role emphasizes discovery, prototyping, and turning technology into tangible business value, with collaboration across stakeholders and a focus on clear technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or innovation roles.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of innovative platform solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and cloud‑native tech.
• Define integration strategies with architects and digital leaders.

• Translate needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Run feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
