- 3+ years of experience in software development or innovation roles.
- Solid understanding of state-of-the-art IT platforms and market trends.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of innovative platform solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and cloud-native tech.
- Define integration strategies with architects and digital leaders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Translate needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Run feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
- Prepare documentation for architectures and prototypes.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
