Knauf Information Services GmbH is recruiting for an SAP Finance specialist to configure and optimize SAP FI processes. You will work with Finance, Logistics, Sales and IT to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions and provide end-to-end support for Finance to Close across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners in English, maintain a proactive approach, and drive improvements while growing your technical and business acumen in a global IT

• Experience with SAP Finance processes and SAP FI support.
• Experience in Finance to Close activities and related SAP modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytics and process-improvement mindset.

What you'll do

• Configure and continuously improve SAP FI processes to meet business needs and reduce manual effort.

• Work with Finance, Logistics, Sales and IT teams to translate requirements into practical SAP solutions.

• Provide end-to-end application support for Finance to Close processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate sustainable solutions with relevant teams and vendors

• Support testing, releases, documentation and continuous improvement to ensure stable, reliable Finance operations.

Who you are

• Experience with SAP Finance processes, SAP FI application support or Finance to Close activities.

• A structured, analytical and customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.

• Confidence working with business users, IT colleagues and external partners in English.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn, take ownership and drive change.

• Nice to have: SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience; FI configuration; ServiceNow, Jira or Confluence; ITSM, SAP or project-management certifications; experience with integrations across Finance, Logistics or Sales.
