Job summary

Promise Group seeks a skilled Solution Engineer (Infrastructure) to join its team. You will participate in IT projects, shaping architecture and configuration, while supporting presales activities to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar infrastructure role, with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VM management. Strong English (B2) and a technical degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years in a similar role with infrastructure focus.
• Experience with ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server Roles, AD Infrastructure, Hyper-V, VM management.
• English proficiency (at least B2).
• Higher education in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects (architecture and configuration) and gather business requirements.
• Support presales activities and delivery of IT projects.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to align solutions with client needs.
• Collaborate with delivery, presales and business teams.
