Job summary

Dolby, a leader in entertainment innovation, invites an Information Security Analyst Intern to join the security team in Wroclaw. You’ll support a comprehensive information security program, measure policy compliance, and help implement technical controls.

You will report to an information security manager and collaborate with IT infrastructure and applications teams, contributing to risk assessments, incident response, and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Interest in documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of project management and experience creating/managing project plans.
• Technical knowledge of Windows and Unix and interest in learning security technologies (e.g., IAM, anti-malware, automated policy tools).
• Interest in developing, documenting and maintaining security policies, processes and standards.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and related network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Works with information security leadership to develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
• Provides reports to IT security management concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures.
• Assists in the coordination and completion of information security operations documentation.
• Works with Dolby’s IT department and information security team to identify, select and implement technical controls.
• Assists security administrators and IT staff in the resolution of reported security incidents.
• Monitors daily or weekly reports and security logs for unusual events.
• Researches and assesses new threats and security alerts, and recommends remedial actions.
