Job summary

Dolby Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join the Security Engineering team in Poland. You’ll implement security technologies, drive key projects, and develop data-driven reporting using AI and automation.

You will collaborate with architecture, operations, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders to improve security visibility, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, IT engineering, systems administration, cloud operations, vulnerability management, data analytics, or a related technical role.
• Basic experience with scripting, automation, or data manipulation.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, risk management, and security controls.
• Experience working with security tools, IT systems, dashboards, reports, or operational data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on assignments, and work collaboratively with global teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
• Experience creating dashboards, metrics, or reports using Excel, Power BI, Jira dashboards, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of security technologies and tools.
• Support security engineering projects and integration of security tools with enterprise platforms, data sources, and operational workflows.
• Participate in proof-of-concept and proof-of-value evaluations for new security technologies.
• Support ongoing improvements across vulnerability management, exception management, penetration testing remediation, CMDB, Axonius, endpoint platforms, security dashboards, and related processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, status updates, implementation details, and stakeholder communication.
• Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Support projects related to exception management, CMDB and asset visibility, Axonius, penetration testing remediation, cloud, end-user device and on-premises security initiatives, dashboards, and reporting.
