Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies for DACH brands (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Oversee creator-related processes and collaboration with influencers throughout planning and execution.
• Develop engaging creative concepts, briefs, and scripts aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate marketing objectives into creator-led campaigns ensuring brand positioning consistency.
• Collaborate with founders to define priorities and drive growth of the business and clients.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign results, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Analyse content formats and partnerships to strengthen campaign performance.
• Stay informed on social media trends and creator opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Apply insights from performance and training to refine processes and scale operations.
