Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in business/marketing.
• 3-4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and credibility for Bain and our core solutions, deepen engagement with priority accounts and key clients, and support commercial objectives.
• Develop an understanding of target audiences, priority accounts and key clients; find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.
• Use data to develop performance insights; monitor and analyze to ensure activities reach key client decision makers and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and marketing trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues to support data needs and audience insights.
• Execute marketing plans for priority accounts in partnership with Client Heads and account teams.
